Booking Procedure

Once we receive your booking, our operations team will confirm your itinerary based on the locations you’ve selected and your pick-up address. We will then allocate the most suitable driver and vehicle to ensure your transfer or tour runs smoothly.

To help you get the most from your day, we may suggest small adjustments to the itinerary (for example, changes to timing or routing) to avoid traffic or maximise sightseeing opportunities. In some cases, additional fees may apply—for example:

  • Early or late starts beyond standard operating hours

  • Additional pick-ups or drop-offs

  • Extra time extending beyond the agreed itinerary

If you have specific requests (such as accessibility needs, luggage requirements, or stop preferences), we recommend contacting us before completing your booking.

Please note: Any extra hours beyond your scheduled tour time will be charged at £99 per hour.

 


Cancellations & Amendments

  • More than 14 days before travel: All bookings are fully refundable and amendable free of charge. You may cancel for a full refund, or make changes (such as travel date, passenger details, or pick-up location) without penalty.

  • Within 14 days of travel: Cancellations or amendments may incur charges, depending on arrangements already made (e.g. pre-booked tickets, vehicle allocation). In some cases, refunds may not be possible.
    We will always do our best to remain flexible and support your needs—please contact us as soon as possible if changes are required.

 


Tour Style

Please note that all tours are self-guided. Our drivers are professional and knowledgeable, but they are not registered tour guides and do not accompany guests inside attractions.

 


Pricing

Once payment has been completed, the price of your tour or transfer is fixed and will not change. There are no hidden charges.

 


Passenger Information

When booking, you will be asked to provide:

  • Pick-up location (hotel, cruise terminal, airport, or private address)

  • Drop-off location

  • Any special notes for the driver (e.g. mobility requirements, luggage details, or sightseeing requests)

Providing this information in advance helps us prepare your journey and ensures a smooth, stress-free experience.
